This Privacy Policy sets out our commitment to protecting the privacy of personal information provided to us, or otherwise collected by us, offline or online, including through our website (Site). In this Privacy Policy we, us or our means Infilament.

The types of personal information we collect about you include:
- Contact details: Your email address when you join the waitlist or create an account on the Site (when available).
- Waitlist and program-related details: If you join the waitlist, the 3D printing materials you select (for example PLA, PETG, ABS, or Other) and any short free-text you provide when you select Other.
- Account details (when available): Information you submit to register or sign in (such as your name and credentials). We do not use your password except to authenticate you.
- Technical and usage data: Your IP address, user agent string, timestamps, and aggregate statistics about how pages on the Site are viewed (via our analytics provider). Service providers may infer approximate location (such as country or region) from your IP address.
- Feedback and enquiries: Information you send us by email or through the Site, including about the cashback program or recycling service.
2. Collection and use of personal information
We may collect, hold, use, and disclose personal information for the following purposes:
- Waitlist and communications: To run the waitlist, notify you about launch and program updates, and understand demand for Australia's PLA waste cashback and recycling service.
- Cashback and recycling program: To operate, improve, and plan the service (including crush, melt, and respool operations), communicate about eligibility, rewards, cashback versus store credit, and recycled spools.
- Site and accounts: To let you access and use the Site and (when available) your account.
- Security and analytics: For abuse prevention (including rate limiting on public forms), internal records, and aggregate analytics to improve reliability and experience.
- Marketing: Where permitted, to send promotional information about recycled filament, cashback, and store credit — you can opt out as described below.

We may disclose personal information to:
- IT service providers: Including our database host (Supabase, which uses PostgreSQL) and our website host and analytics provider (Vercel), which processes the Site and may collect technical and usage data described above.
- Agents or partners: Third parties who assist us with logistics, the physical collection of waste, re-extrusion, or customer communications.
- Legal authorities: Regulatory authorities and law enforcement, as required by law, or to establish or defend our legal rights.
Overseas disclosure: Supabase and Vercel may store or process data outside Australia. We take reasonable steps to ensure overseas recipients handle your personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles where applicable.

We use administrative, technical, and organisational measures (including access controls and rate limiting on public forms) to reduce misuse and unauthorised access. No method of transmission over the Internet is completely secure; you use the Site at your own risk in that respect.
